Enrollment is open for the Boosting Teens with ADHD Program, a monthlong, Zoom-based group program for parents and caregivers of teenagers ages 13 to 17 with ADHD. The group meets weekly and promotes skills focused on parent/teen communication, improving teen independence, and dealing with challenging behaviors and school problems.

Enrolled families will also have the opportunity to join a research study on the effects of the program. Families who join the research study will:

  • Be offered a diagnostic screening for ADHD (for the child; parent will participate)
  • Be asked to complete digital questionnaires before and after the program.
  • Receive reimbursement for completing the research questionnaires (up to $180 total).

Two groups are available, one beginning Tuesday, June 29 and the other on Monday, July 19, meeting on Tuesdays from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Mondays from 6 to 7:15 p.m., respectively.

Providers or interested families can contact our study team for more information at BoostStudy@seattlechildrens.org, or fill out the online research eligibility screening at https://redcap.link/BoostStudy.
